Terms of use

These terms apply to PokerLobbyAlert: the Telegram bot @LobbyAlertBot and this website. By using the bot you agree to them. “We” and “us” mean the people who run PokerLobbyAlert.

The service

PokerLobbyAlert is a Telegram bot. It messages you when a player on your watchlist is seen sitting down at a monitored cash table on GGPoker and CoinPoker, and answers /where questions about where a player is seated. The monitored games and stakes are listed on the home page.

It only sends you information. It never logs in to a poker site for you, never asks for your poker-site login and never takes any action at a table.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18, and old enough to play online poker where you live. Only use PokerLobbyAlert where online poker is legal for you.

Access

The bot is private. Access is granted by invitation or with our approval, and we can suspend or remove it at any time, for example if these terms are broken. Each account can watch up to 20 players. You can stop using the bot whenever you like.

Fair use

• Your access and your alerts are for your own use. Don’t share your access, or resell or republish alerts.
• Don’t use PokerLobbyAlert to harass, threaten or stalk anyone, at the tables or anywhere else.
• Don’t try to disrupt the bot, get around its limits, or copy its data in bulk.

Plans and billing

Plans are priced by the highest stake a member plays, and each plan covers that stake and every stake below it on the sites listed on the home page.

Paid plans haven’t launched yet. Their prices and billing terms will be published here before they do.

Accuracy and availability

Alerts are generated automatically. A name can occasionally be wrong, alerts can arrive late or be missed, and monitoring can pause, for example while a poker site updates. Treat alerts as a convenience, not a guarantee.

We may add, change or remove sites, stakes and features, and we may pause or stop the service. The home page always shows what is covered.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for how you use the alerts, including following the rules of the poker sites you play on. Nothing on this website or in the bot is financial or gambling advice. The EV calculator on the home page is an illustration built from the numbers you enter, not a prediction of results. Poker carries the risk of losing money; only play with money you can afford to lose.

No warranty

PokerLobbyAlert is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for missed games, lost winnings, losses at the tables, or any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using PokerLobbyAlert or from not being able to use it. Where our liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

No affiliation

PokerLobbyAlert is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by GGPoker, CoinPoker or PokerKing. Their names and logos are trademarks of their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the bot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
